Further Information
The Numatic 440NX Flex Scrubber Dryer is a compact, high-performance floor cleaning machine designed for professional cleaning contractors and facilities management teams working in busy commercial environments. Engineered for fast, efficient hard floor cleaning, the 440NX Flex delivers exceptional results in high-traffic and congested areas where traditional cleaning methods struggle.
Featuring innovative FlexCore Technology, the machine is up to 25% lighter to handle, providing greater manoeuvrability and reducing operator strain during daily cleaning tasks. The flexible core design replaces traditional pivot joints with a high-strength, maintenance-friendly system that improves torque transfer, eliminates dirt traps and significantly reduces servicing requirements.
Designed for one-pass cleaning performance, the 440NX Flex combines optimal brush pressure, powerful drive motors and precise water delivery to remove dirt and grime effectively while leaving floors clean, dry and safe to walk on. This improves productivity while reducing labour time, water consumption and chemical usage.
Powered by the Numatic NX300 Pro Cordless Battery Network, the 440NX Flex offers reliable cordless operation and compatibility with Numatic’s wider professional battery platform.
Lightweight, efficient and highly durable, the Numatic 440NX Flex commercial scrubber dryer is an ideal solution for offices, healthcare facilities, retail environments, education buildings and other high-traffic spaces requiring consistent, professional floor cleaning results.

View moreWe run a contract cleaning business for schools, and the M3 MotorScrubber has been a game changer for our team. It’s made cleaning tight spots like around toilets, tiled walls, and stairs so much faster and easier. The fact that it’s waterproof is a huge bonus we can use it in pool areas without worrying about water damage. The motor is really powerful, so it lifts grime quickly without much effort. It’s built solidly, and for the price, it’s been worth every penny. Plus, we got next-day delivery in the UK, which was super convenient! Thankyou WB floors
